Shunpu Arts and Crafts Co., Ltd. We are a professional straw hat factory invested and built by China Zhejiang Shunpu Arts& Crafts Co., Ltd in Vietnam For this year the export tariff of straw hats add 25%, so in order to match customers of USA sourcing strategy, we moved straw hat production to Vietnam.
According to our operation experience in Shunpu, Zhejiang, China, we currently plan a plant area of 6,000 square meters in Vietnam, which is divided into two stages. Our first stage has a production area of 1,400 square meters and a finished product warehouse area of 1,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million, and the second stage has 3600 square meters, which is currently used as a carton manufacturing workshop. According to the needs of the order, we can remove the carton production and change to the straw hat production line within 3 weeks, when the production capacity will reach 6 million pieces per year.
Currently we are producing some orders mainly from Target, Walmart, GAP. Old Navy.
