When sample confirmed, according to different material, craft and quantity, our bulk production time need about 45-60days.

Firstly, Preparing the raw material, when material arrive the warehouse, our IQC will inspect according to the standard quality file. If it not reach the standard, the material will return to supplier.

Secondly, cutting fabric material, if some need recombination, we also have machine that can make combine ourselves.

Thirdly, weaving or sewing the hat body, we have three workshops to make hat body, one is paper straw sewing workshop, one is fabric sewing work, the other is weaving work. 

Fouth, moulding, put the hat body on the heating mould to make style. Usually for the heating temperature about 100-130 degree centigrade, depending on different materials.

Fifth, sweatband & moulding, sewing sweatband on the hat, meantime, the sweatband sewing on care label and brand label. Then second moulding to make the sweatband more smooth.

Sixth, decoration, this is the final hat making process. Gluing, sewing, pinning to make hats more completed. A prefect hats done.

Finally, Inspection and packing. According to AQL 1.0/2.5, our QC inspect the finished cargos.
