ABOUT SHUNPU

Shunpu Arts and Crafts Co., LTD. We are a professional straw hat factory invested and built by China Zhejiang Shunpu Arts&Crafts Co., LTD in Vietnam For this year the export tariff of straw hats add 25%, so in order to match customers of USA sourcing strategy ,we moved straw hat production to Vietnam.

 

According to our operation experience in Shunpu, Zhejiang, China, we currently plan a plant area of 6,000 square meters in Vietnam, which is divided into two stages. Our first stage has a production area of 1,400 square meters and a finished product warehouse area of 1,000 square meters, with an annual production capacity of 2.5 million, and the second stage has 3600 square meters, which is currently used as a carton manufacturing workshop. According to the needs of the order, we can remove the carton production and change to the straw hat production line within 3 weeks, when the production capacity will reach 6 million pieces per year. Currently we are producing some orders mainly from Target，Walmart，GAP. Old Navy.

SHUNPU STORY

In 1939, Boss Chen's Grandpa supported the whole family's livelihood with straw hat one after another. There were no idlers on the long street, every family was a hat-weaver.At that time, Boss Chen's hometown, "Gloong",was once glorious because of straw hat. Grandpa and Grandma went hand in hand and helped with each other, with borrowed RMB500.00,built their own hat kingdom in 1986.Years of hard work had good due return. Shunpu straw hat processing plant had grown stronger and was on track.

Starting from raw materials, fully mastered the hat-making technology, independently developed finished hats, and took the road of brand innovation.
